Lenya McGrath joins as Executive Director with Andrew Yanoscik named Group Creative Director in San Diego.
As an experience design company that continues to thrive in merging culture with technology, we're pleased to introduce this new generation of leadership to guide our future.
We’ve made inclusion a priority by expanding our team with talent across various backgrounds. It is through our unique talent that we are able to take a truly human approach to our design and creativity.
Representation is a driving force at our agency, and it starts at the executive level. With these seven incredible leaders on our team and more on the way, we’ll continue to create impact through culture-shaping digital experiences, products, and services.
Newest to our San Diego headquarters is Executive Director Lenya McGrath, who will head up our account program focused on bringing strategy and perspective to client partnerships. Her experience spans roles across account and strategy at Leo Burnett, TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Erickson, and most recently, as VP of Brand Development at BLVR.
As Group Creative Director in San Diego, Andrew Yanoscik has spent eight years leading teams in building standard-setting experiences for global leaders and cultural icons, including Beats by Dre, Google, and Patagonia. An agency veteran and growing name, his astute entrepreneurialism delivers depth and fidelity to design and campaigns.
Lenya and Andrew will partner with Creative Operations Director Greg Hoch, focusing on growing our service offering while leading our creative teams through best-in-class work.
Other recently promoted leaders within our San Diego team are Holly Stavnes and Ryan Vancil. As Executive Producer, Holly will work with leadership to ensure we’re bringing efficiency, service, and value to our client partnerships through production.
And focusing on our design craft as Associate Creative Director, Ryan and his teams will continue to lead BASIC® through transformative work across new categories.
With her most recent experience at Restoration Hardware, Rachel Stephenson will oversee our photography and art direction for Google Store. She joins our Bay Area team as the new Associate Creative Director, bridging the gap between technology and culture to create relatable and modern lifestyle content.
Brian Aguilar is our newly appointed Associate Creative Director. As a veteran of BASIC®, Brian’s human-centric approach continues to strengthen the connection between people and products.
Leading up our Bay Area office, Jon Sukarangsan will continue to guide and innovate with the embedded Google team as our newly appointed Executive Director in partnership with Group Creative Director Mark Kozlowski and Creative Director Noelle Newbold.
