On the heels of sustained growth, BASIC® has added key leadership roles in production, business development, and recruiting.

Joining the Executive team is Laura Tron who will lead the production team as VP of Production, as well as Asher Wren who will lead our new business team as VP of Business Development. Rounding out the new hires is David Gurley who will head up recruiting as Associate Director of Talent.
Laura Tron (she/her) joins us from Deutsch LA, Droga5, and R/GA previously. Laura will scale and develop a growing production team, as well as shepherd key accounts across our growing client roster. She brings expertise in enabling a vibrant creative process that elevates the thinking and output for our client stakeholders.
Asher Wren (he/him) joins from Firstborn and Isobar. He will lead our Business Development team by way of New York. Along with cultivating new client partnerships, Asher will lead BASIC’s marketing efforts globally by connecting our team's unique perspectives on solving the biggest challenges facing brands today.
David Gurley (he/him) joins BASIC® by way of Portland, Oregon as Associate Director of Talent. David will lead our talent acquisition team across a variety of strategic initiatives, alongside innovating ways to enable a creative culture with our growing distributed workforce globally.
