As a company, we’re designating November 3 as a holiday this year, encouraging our team to vote with the day off.
With the future of our country at stake, voter participation and political involvement are needed now more than ever. So, this year, we’ve made it a point to encourage our team members to vote—whether by mail or at the polls.
In an effort to maintain the sanctity of our democratic and electoral process, we’ve made a pledge to the Time To Vote initiative. Within this nonpartisan coalition, we’ve joined businesses around the country to give employees paid time off on Election Day. The hope is that our team has the opportunity to research, come to an informed decision, and cast their ballots with confidence.
Our action is paramount, and our silence is simply not an option. It’s not only our obligation as a company but our civic duty to ensure that we’re impacting our country for generations to come.
