We’re proud to announce our recent partnership with Heath Ceramics, a California-based manufacturing company with a 70-year legacy. Heath is best known for creating handcrafted ceramic tableware and architectural tile. As partners, we’ve been selected to provide a new digital strategy, UX, and responsive eCommerce design.
We’re excited to collaborate with the internal team at Heath Ceramics to create a new customer experience journey that embodies the long legacy of Heath’s commitment to creativity and craftsmanship, with the goal of serving their customers better and expressing who the brand is today.

After purchasing Heath in 2003, Catherine Bailey and Robin Petravic revitalized and streamlined the company to design, make, and sell beautifully handcrafted goods all under one roof. We’re looking forward to aligning the way their products, brand story, and services are surfaced online.
