For its first year, we helped introduce the citywide celebration of design with a full brand system.
San Diego Design Week is an annual five-day celebration of our city’s kinetic, multidisciplinary design community. This event challenges everyone to rethink their misconceptions of design as a purely visual medium and, instead, recognize it as an inclusive vehicle for social impact.
To help launch the first year of the festival, we created a full brand system, from logo variations and wordmarks to marketing collateral. The brand called for an aesthetic that reflects the diversity and interconnectedness of our community—characteristics we believe uniquely define our region.
